Aimée Mortimer, host of “Ecole de Vedettes” changed her real surname (Taulere) to Jocya, thus, becoming Jocelyne Jocya. From her very first appearance on stage, Jocelyne Jocya took the audience by storm. World celebrities and superstars of the era became addicted to her voice, her music and art. They were mesmerized by the unsurpassed beauty, warmth and originality of her voice. |
Among those personalities were France's great Brigitte Bardot, Henry Salvador, Ingrid Bergman, Myrna Loy, Jerry Lewis, Michel Legrand, and of course Jackie Kennedy.
