Karmyn
Tyler in "A Little Night Music"

doing a musical in Shreveport, Louisiana, and getting ready
to leave for rehearsal. It is Sondheim’s “A Little Night
Music” and will be performed at the historic Strand Theatre

Carol
Welsman's newest CD, "What'cha Got Cookin'?"
Carol adds a touch of swing to Hank Williams and Tammy
Wynette in "Hey Good Lookin'" and "Stand by your Man"! With
a splash of bossa nova, Carol blends a velvet texture into
"By the Time I get to Phoenix". Toes will tap as she
combines some slow burning blues with a soul full of
heartbreak in "I Can’t Stop Loving You", and a shake of
shuffle to Mary Chapin Carpenter’s "I Feel Lucky". Carol
declares that "Just a Little Lovin’" will go a long way!
Covering a wide variety of hits from the American Country
Songbook, Carol pays tribute to many great singers and
songwriters, and cleverly transforms these songs into
refreshing popular standards. Ms. Welsman
is listed in the World Who's
Who in Jazz, Cabaret, Music and Entertainment.
